Speaking on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', she said: "I'm not dating anyone right now. I'm not dating at all. I'm not necessarily happy being single. It's not really that cool."

Rihanna - who denied any romance with boxer Dudley O'Shaughnessy, who appears in the video for her single 'We Found Love' - added putting much so effort into her career leaves her craving sex.

She added: "I do put a lot into my job - most of my time if not all of it. It definitely affects my personal life.

"My personal life is pretty much non-existent, which is not good, not for the long run. Not for me, not for 'Her,' " at which point she pointed between her legs.

She jokingly added: "That's why I stay on twitter a lot. So I can converse with my fans - because I don't get any booty calls. (sic)"

The Barbadian beauty also said she likes a man to be "aggressive" and "mysterious," and know his role in the relationship.

She added: "I like men that are more aggressive, but mysterious.

"I like them to be sure of themselves and know that you're the man. I'm the lady and the only way for us to make this work is for us to play our roles.

"You know, I can't really be the man for you. I don't want to have to be. I'm the man at work all the time."

Rihanna's sixth album, 'Talk That Talk', is released today (18.11.11).

More messages included: "I want to kill you Caroline Flack, Harry is mine B***h" and Caroline Flack is 32. She should be settling and ready to have kids not dating them. (sic)"

One user - who has since deleted their account - simply wrote "@carolineflack1 DIE"

Caroline took to her own page on the micro-blogging site to address One Direction fans, saying: "AROLINE rote "@carolineflack1 DIE"]

Meanwhile, Harry has reportedly been trying to comfort Caroline, 32, following the barrage of hate she has experienced.

Speaking on the UK version of 'The X Factor', which will air tomorrow (19.11.11), Kelly says: "It's really important just to forgive my father. I want to meet him this Christmas, because now is the time, because tomorrow's not promised to us.

"I think it's important to forgive people and we move on, we have to. The pain is there, of course it will be there, and it's important to know that forgiveness is the first step towards healing it all."

Christopher, 65, reached out to Kelly earlier this year, asking for forgiveness and saying he wanted to be a father to the ex-Destiny's Child singer and 'X Factor' judge.

Giving his account of what happened, he said: "Kelly, I love you with all my heart. Please forgive me and let me be your dad again.

"I lost my job at a transportation company, sank into a depression about money and began drinking more and more. The failure to provide for my family fuelled an anger that I will be ashamed of until my dying day. It wasn't physical between me and Kelly's mom, but there were many days and nights when Kelly would be bawling her eyes out.

"I really hoped I would get to make it up to her. Sadly I am still waiting for that day. But I can't give up hope."

Kelly was happy to hear from her father after so long, but wishes he had been more discreet in trying to contact her.

She said: "He reached out to me, saying he wanted to see me but it's unfortunate he did it so publicly."

Kelly is a mentor to the girls on 'The X Factor', and will be seen talking to Misha B, who has suffered similar emotional problems after being abandoned by her mother as a baby.

Thomas Brodnicki - who allegedly told a therapist God had ordered him to kill the 19-year-old star - was released from jail on Wednesday (16.11.11) as a judge couldn't find enough evidence against him.

However, yesterday afternoon (17.11.11), Brodnicki was handcuffed by police in Los Angeles and taken to a mental hospital where he was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, which can be enforced if a person is deemed to have a mental disorder which makes them a danger to themselves and/or others.

Law enforcement sources told Hollywoodlife.com: "Thomas Brodnicki has been taken to a hospital for mental evaluation. We want to place him in a conservatorship and then send him back to mental health officials in Illinois where he resides."

Earlier in the day, Brodnicki spoke of his obsession with Selena and said they would one day be together.

He told TMZ.com: "I'm very anti-material ... I don't like even touching anything that isn't Selena Gomez.

"Selena Gomez and I are the holy chosen ones of God. I'm not overly concerned if I meet (Selena) in the flesh because it may be like scripture says ... 'No man has seen the face of God' ... Maybe us being together is too much like seeing the face of God."

Brodnicki - who has a criminal history of stalking - insists he won't try and see Selena because she has a temporary restraining order against him.

A hearing on whether the order should be made permanent will be held on November 23.

The 'Firework' singer complained of feeling rotund at her concert at New York's Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night (16.11.11) but insisted she wasn't already pregnant just bloated from eating too much "New York City pizza".

Katy's final North American show is at Los Angeles' Staples Centre on November 23, however, she is scheduled to perform a one-off concert in Manila, in the Philippines, on January 22, 2012.

Earlier this week, Katy revealed she and Russell are keen to have a baby and is confident the 36-year-old comic star will make a great dad.

She said: "I would love to have children. I think that's one of the reasons you get married. Especially to the person that you marry. You think, that person is going to be a good partner, a good parent.

"But I'm not sure it's yet. We'll see, ya know."

Katy also says the number of children she has will depend on how much pain she experiences when she gives birth to her first child.

She told TV talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: "If it doesn't hurt the first time. I'll keep popping them out."

The tome - which was written by celebrity journalist Daphne Barak - explains how the reporter, who become good friends with the singer, her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil and her dad Mitch Winehouse, accompanied Amy to Caribbean island St Lucia and kept an eye on her while she was "resting" at hospitals in England.

Tessa Ross, one of the executive producers of Margaret Thatcher film 'The Iron Lady', has been linked to a possible movie about the 'Back to Black' hitmaker and she is thought to be in discussions with International Creative Management's Jeff Berg about how to develop the film, but there is no screenplay or director currently in place.

Amy is not the only late singer whose life is set to be turned into a motion picture.

It was revealed earlier this week that Michael Jackson's estate executor John Branca has had discussions with 'Ghostbusters' direction Ivan Reitman and 'Up in the Air' producer Tom Pollock about the possibility of creating a movie about the 'Beat It' hitmaker's life.

The 13-year-old actress will star with Alice Englert in the forthcoming movie, which is set in London in the early 960s and follows two teenagers at the forefront of political and social change.

Elle's character, 16-year-old Ginger, is described as the "brainy" pal to Alice's Rosa, who is more interested in boys than her friend's desire to get involved with the anti-nuclear campaign.

Director Sally Potter told the Daily Mail newspaper: "[Elle has] subtlety and range beyond her years. She can move you to tears, then light up the room with her radiant smile.

"Alice is a beautiful, intelligent young woman with the movies in her bones. Together, playing teenage rebels, they are sure to be a pair of firecrackers."

Sally and producer Christopher Sheppard had originally used social networking website Facebook to invite actresses to audition, with 1,500 sending in videos of themselves.

The team met 30 of the hopefuls but cast the lead roles in the traditional way.

Shooting on 'Bomb' is scheduled to begin in February 2012.

He told Irish TV show 'Xpose': "Good scripts are rare so when you get a good one like this movie, it's really interesting. I had to audition for this movie. I badly wanted to be in it because I figured if the film was half as good as the script it would be one of those perennial Christmas movies that people will watch over and over again. I think it's going stick around."

Although he loved working on the film - which also has characters voiced by James McAvoy and Ashley Jensen - Bill admitted it was a "gruelling" process.

He said: "It is surprisingly gruelling recording for an animated movie, you do put in a lot of work. You always have to do your part over and over and over again so it's hard work. Because of the technical considerations it is relentless but I loved it."

He explained to movies.ie: "It was not good because my last scene with Rob [Pattinson] and Kristen [Stewart] was the second-to-last day of filming and it was actually a scene where I was dancing with Kristen and I'm saying goodbye to her - she's getting ready to leave and go on her honeymoon and I'm dealing with everything for the first time, so it was a pretty emotional scene for Jacob, so it wasn't fun doing that, when it was actually me saying goodbye to filming with Kristen and Rob as well.

"Then literally my last scene filming on the franchise was a scene where I think Bella has just died and I run outside the house and I crumble onto the ground and I just lose it and I'm bawling. That was my last scene of the movie, my last scene of the franchise, so I definitely had some extra motivation, so it was a little easier."

Although filming has finished Taylor is thrilled the last movie 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2' hasn't been released yet because he is excited about meeting up with his castmates for the promotional tour.

He said: "I am so sad! No, I really am. The only reason I'm smiling is because I know that I am going to be promoting these films for the next year and a half, so I know we are going to be seeing each other all the time. But the real bummer is that we are done filming, and that's probably the toughest thing. "Whenever we finished filming a movie before, it wasn't sad because we knew that we were going to be back in a couple of months, but at the end of this one, it was definitely emotional. We've been doing this for years now - five movies - and we knew we weren't coming back. That was tough."

He said: "I guess when guitarists make solo records, there's usually a lot of showing off. But I've been trying to convince for 20 years that I'm not a guitarist, I'm a songwriter.

"I played lead guitar in the band because everybody else, in the early days, was useless, so that kind of fell to me."

Noel admitted as he was so keen to display his soloing skills on his debut solo album, it makes an "easy gig" for his touring guitarist.

He added in an interview with MTV News: "It's not something I ever thought I would put myself up there with John Squire or Johnny Marr or all those great British guitarists, that's not my thing. My thing was songwriting.

"I only noticed the lack of solos when a friend of mine was listening to the finished version, and it got to track six and he went, 'You know, that's the first guitar solo,' and I was like, 'Wow, someone's got an easy gig, doesn't he?' "

"We bring out the best in each other. It definitely just works, the chemistry is there and it is natural. We never really have to think about it, the energy between us alone brings that out."

When they work together, Tinchy says he's always conscious of breaking new ground and not repeating past successes.

Tinchy added: "When Spaceship went top five I felt real good. When people heard Tinchy and Dappy they probably thought it would be like 'Number 1', but it sounded nothing like that, it sounds fresh.

"I always want to do something I haven't done before, or you would probably get bored of even your own music."

She exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "It's a worry, that's why I really make a point to put time in the schedule. My manager does that for me now, he's like, 'No, you should take a break soon so you're not doing the same thing over and over, you need a break.' So he'll put it in the schedule for me too.

"But I'm super-happy now so I'll tell people, 'Nope, that's my time off. I'm not working.' So I'm very adamant about making sure I have off-time."

Although she acknowledges the need to take breaks from her career, Kelly is a self-confessed workaholic and admits she finds it hard to say "no" to people.

The 29-year-old pop star - who released her fifth studio album 'Stronger' last month - added: "I'm a workaholic so it was really hard for me. People come up to me and tell me it would be really cool if they could see me in Europe again and I start thinking, 'Oh I could do that and take fewer days off.'

"I really push myself, so it's really just me telling myself no. I just really like working. But then I agree to things and get out there and I'm exhausted because I haven't stopped and taken time to breathe. That's just something you have to learn."

British actress Celia Imrie signed up for a U.K. TV drama to mark the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster after becoming "obsessed" by the doomed voyage.

Network chiefs at Itv are marking the centenary of the luxury liner's fateful maiden journey by filming a new adaptation of the story, starring Imrie and Linus Roache, which will be shown as a four-part dramatisation 100 years to the day of the journey.

Bridget Jones's Diary star Imrie has long held a fascination with the disaster, and she recently discovered a personal family link to the ship.

Speaking to Britain's The One Show host Alex Jones, she says, "We're both obsessed with it, aren't we? It's fascinating.

"I went to the O2 show, the exhibition, and on the boarding pass, believe it or not, is my name.

"So there's something I've got to check out about it, but Imrie is on the boarding pass - something to do with the buying of the ship in the very beginning, there's some sort of trace."

The drama, simply titled Titanic, will air in the U.K. in April (12).

Veteran U.S. TV presenter Regis Philbin was left red-faced after jumping on the back of David Letterman's scooter following their interview on Thursday (17Nov11) and falling straight off.

However, Philbin - who was riding on the back behind Letterman - tipped the bike and went flying to the floor.

The star quickly jumped to his feet to inspect the damage to the vehicle, and his representative insists Philbin didn't suffer any injuries.

Philbin's daytime hosting duties began in 1983, with a local New York TV programme called The Morning Show with Cyndy Garvey as his original co-host.

In 1988, it was reincarnated with actress Kathie Lee Gifford, and became Live with Regis and Kathie Lee until 2000. Kelly Ripa joined as Philbin's co-host in 2001 after Gifford's departure.

He tells Britain's Daily Mail, "People are only ever nice to me, but I just kind of curl up a bit. When people come up to me in the street I never know whether I have met them before and should stop and talk or just say 'Hi' and scuttle on. I tend to look at the ground to avoid eye contact; it avoids embarrassment all round.

"My back started really hurting when I went to America so I went for a scan and it turned out I had five slipped discs. They reckoned the injury was 10 years old; there was nothing that I could think of that would hurt me like that. But it is 10 years since The Office started; 10 years of walking around with my back hunched.

"In New York no one recognised me so I stood upright with really good posture. But as soon as I came home I was doubling over again."

Playboy magazine founder Hugh Hefner has been honoured with a lifetime achievement award for his lengthy publishing career.

Hefner, who launched the adult magazine in 1953, received the prize at the Los Angeles Press Club's fourth annual National Entertainment Journalism Awards Gala on Thursday (17Nov11).

Press Club President Will Lewis heaped praise on the Playboy editor-in-chief, insisting, "Hefner's footprint on American popular culture is huge. For almost 60 years, Playboy has been on the leading edge in shaping positive attitudes on civil rights, gay rights, as well as human sexuality."

Hefner shared his special evening with his son Cooper and girlfriend Anna Sophia Berglund, as well as his comedian pal DICk Gregory, who gave a speech in his honour.

In a subsequent post on his Twitter.com page, the veteran publisher wrote, "The LA Press Club's Lifetime Achievement dinner proved to be a really special, quite emotional evening for me. The Lifetime Achievement Award had even more meaning because family & friends were there to share the night.

Scarlett Johansson To Direct Truman Capote Film

Scarlett Johansson is to make her directorial debut on a movie adaptation of a Truman Capote novella.

The actress will step behind the camera to bring Summer Crossing to the big screen, according to Variety.

Summer Crossing, believed to be Capote's first book, was thought to be lost for more than 50 years but was eventually published in 2005.

It tells the story of a teenage girl living in New York after World War II and her struggle to break away from her family and discover her own identity.

Meryl Streep 'Donated Margaret Thatcher Fee To Charity'

Meryl Streep was so determined to make a movie about Margaret Thatcher, she slashed her fee and donated the rest to charity, according to a U.S. report.

The Hollywood veteran plays the former British prime minister in new film The Iron Lady, which tells the story of Thatcher's rise to power and her role as the U.K.'s first female leader.

It has now emerged that Streep didn't make any money from the movie - she cut her usual salary to $1 million (£625,000) to make sure the project could go ahead and then donated the fee to a good cause, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.

The publication reports Street used the money to help fund America's National Women's History Museum.

British pop star Pixie Lott has no plans to relaunch herself as a sexy singer like Rihanna, because she worries her grandfather would disapprove of a raunchier look.

The Mama Do hitmaker boasts a huge teenage following, and she is keen to continue setting a good example with her music.

She tells Britain's The Sun, "I just don't think I'd feel comfortable doing lyrics like that (Rihanna's). I'm just like 'wow' at some of her stuff. But if she's not writing every lyric and she's still happy to do it, fair enough...

"Different artists do different things and you have to feel and look comfortable doing it. It totally suits Rihanna. She is amazing but even if I wanted to do that, I just couldn't.

"I can't imagine playing that kind of stuff to my family. My grandad gets a copy of my album and I wouldn't want him to hear me like that. He watches the shows and stuff. For fans I like to leave some things to the imagination."

Nick Jonas Honoured For Diabetes Advocacy

Pop star Nick Jonas was honoured for his work raising awareness of diabetes at a glitzy gala in Los Angeles on Thursday (17Nov11).

The singer, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 13, was presented with the Disability Rights in Entertainment, Arts & Media (Dream) Award at the Disability Rights Legal Center's annual Franklin D. Roosevelt dinner.

Jonas picked up the honour in recognition of his efforts to increase government funding for health-related research.

He later took to his Twitter.com page to share the news with fans, writing, "So honored to receive the Dream award from the Drlc tonight for my work in raising awareness for diabetes. Truly blessed."

Bush's Son Boosted Her Creativity

Kate Bush credits the birth of her son with boosting her creativity, because she learned to work in a different way after becoming a mother.

The Wuthering Heights star disappeared from the spotlight in 1998 to focus on being a mum to her son Bertie and she released a comeback album in 2005 after a gap of 12 years away from the charts.

The singer has a recorded a new album, 50 Words for Snow, due out next month (Dec11) - her second record this year (11) - and the Brit reveals her role as a parent has drastically changed the way she makes music.

She tells Britain's Independent newspaper, "I had to learn how to work in a completely different way (when I became a mother), in short snatches of time, which was so not how I'd ever worked before.

"I couldn't do it at first, I had to learn how to do it. It was an extremely positive thing, because for the person, as well as the person's work, it's good to experience shaking everything up and doing something completely different. I love being a mother, I think it's the best thing I've ever done, and I personally feel that it's had a very positive effect on my work. I think it's an encouraging force for creativity, it feeds creativity - it did for me, certainly."

Ryan Dunn To Be Remembered In Spike Jonze Special

Ryan Dunn will be remembered by his Jackass co-stars in a one hour television special, set to air on Mtv on November 28, 2011. The stuntman and daredevil was killed in a drunk-driving crash earlier this year, which also killed his passenger at the time, according to The Wrap.

The show, co-produced by filmmaker Spike Jonze, will follows Dunn's early years growing up in Ohio, through to his Jackass days during which he made a name for himself recklessly driving golf karts and downing an entire bottle of tequila in 40 seconds. The special will include interviews with his compatriots Johnny Knoxville, Wee Man, Chris Pontius and best friend, Bam Margera. In a statement, Jackass helmsman Knoxville said, "It's a surreal thing to undertake, doing a tribute to our brother Ryan's life. I still can't believe he's gone but we wouldn't trust anyone else with this, so we are doing the best we can for Ryan, his family, friends, and everyone who loved him". Dunn, who had notched up 23 driving citations at the time of his death, was killed in West Goshen in June when his Porsche 911 crashed into a tree and burst into flames. Authorities later determined Ryan's blood-alcohol content was twice the legal limit and that he was driving at a speed of between 132mph to 140mph.

In addition to the special, Mtv will also air never-seen-before footage of Dunn's antics on Viva LA Bam and Jackass.

Ruben Studdard, former American Idol winner, is to divorce from his wife of three years it's been revealed by The Press Association, with the additional news that the pair have apparently not lived together since last year.

Studdard's career started with a bang upon winning the second series of the reality singing contest 'American Idol', with his subsequent debut album 'Soulful' being signed to J Records and taking top spot in the US Billboard Charts upon its release in December of 2003, going platinum in the process. He's never reached the level of that success since, though has released two more top 20 albums - 2009's 'Love Is' was a disappointing flop at number 36 in the US charts however.

Away from his career though Studdard seemed to be happily in love, having allegedly met Surati Zuri MCCants when signing CDs at a Wal-Mart in America, the pair marrying two years later. However a complaint logged says that divorce was requested last week saying that Zuri now lives in Atlanta, Georgia away from Studdard's home in Birmingham, Alabama. The complaint also goes on to cite a "complete incompatibility of temperament" as the reason for the pair's split.
