Dianna Agron looks gorgeous as she’s seen arriving back at her hotel in NYC today.

The Glee star was seen arriving at the David Letterman show yesterday where she told Dave that she had a nose job in high school to fix it after it was hurt. She does have a great nose!

Dianna looks like she might have gotten a present while she was arriving at the hotel – I wonder if it was from a fan?
