The Colombian-born "Modern Family" beauty took to the midday retail romp in a simple but chic ensemble, wearing a white button down top, blue jeans and strappy platform heels.

In related news, Sophia has opened up about being a teen mom in the new issue of Rebook, noting that, while it was tough, she had the ability to get it all done thanks to her youth, telling, "When I had Manolo, I was 19, and I had the energy for everything."

As for any plans of adding to her family in the future, Vergara told the mag, "I don't even want to think about it."
