Kelsey Grammer Wants Same-Sex Marriage Recognised Across America


Kelsey Grammer is urging lawmakers to legalise same-sex marriages across the U.S. because any "two people that love each other" should have the right to wed.

In June (11), New York became the sixth state to allow gay unions and the former Frasier star, a staunch Republican supporter, is angry that politicians in America have the power to determine who can exchange vows.

Speaking on Cnn's Piers Morgan Tonight, he says, "I've always believed (in same-sex marriage). I guess I'm more libertarian in that way. I think marriage is up to two people that love each other, and if you find a church that you want to get married in, you go right ahead."
