Stopping for a sandwich, Hilary Duff and her son Luca made their way to Which Which Sandwich Eatery in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday (September 2).

Unfortunately the 24-year-old actress had a run-in with invasive paparazzi. After they upset her little bundle of joy she shooed them away.

Protecting her little one, the former Disney Channel actress angrily voiced her opinion at the photographer before making her way back to the car with lunch and baby Luca in hand.

Miss Duff's bad day didn't end there. On her way home she tweeted, "Dear student driver in front of me... You can ALSO get a ticket for driving UNDER the speed limit!"
